Raise Foundation

Raise Foundation is delivering their best practice early intervention and prevention Student Mentoring Program to students in years 7 to 9 across Australia, prioritising those most at-risk of school disengagement and poor mental health and wellbeing. The Program aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of young people by empowering them to be resilient, capable and connected, and providing adults in their lives who are skilled to support them.
