Anyone in Australia can call Medicare Mental Health on 1800 595 212 between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for free mental health and wellbeing support that is specific to your needs.

Whether you’re seeking help, looking for advice, or supporting someone you care about, our experienced staff are here to listen.

We’re here to listen and understand. We’ll provide individual support for your needs, and connect you with local services, whether that’s one of our Medicare Mental Health services or another trusted, free or low-cost provider.
