This service is for emergency service workers and volunteers, active and retired, aged 18 years and over. We support hundreds of services across Australia, including Police, SES, Fire Services, Ambulance, and many more.

This service may help:

  • Online mental health check with personalised report
  • Access up to 12 free sessions with our trauma-informed clinicians
  • Information and resources on managing your symptoms
