If you are feeling distressed, help is available. Learn about mental health supports available to you and people that you care about.

About this service

The CARES4Me program provides an emotional support and referral service where our callers are matched to trained, empathetic, and non-judgmental volunteers who can provide them with a safe listening space. The same volunteer will call you each week for up to 1 hour to provide consistent support.

This service may help:

  • Provide you with space to share about challenges related to anxiety
