Indigenous Wellbeing Course for Anxiety and Depression

About this service

Free, culturally adapted online treatment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or low mood. This clinically proven 8-week cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) program teaches practical skills to help manage anxiety and depression symptoms.

This service may help:

  • Identify and understand symptoms of anxiety and depression.
  • Learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and low mood.
  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
