Book a free text-based chat session with a peer worker who understands. Nothing’s too big or small. ReachOut peer workers have experience with mental health challenges as young people and use this experience to support others.
This service may help:
- Help you explore a situation and come up with different solutions
- Understand your experience and where you’re coming from
- Support you to effectively manage challenges
