Reconnexion - Benzodiazepine Withdrawal Treatment Program

About this service

Reconnexion provides individual counselling to support individuals to taper off their benzodiazepines/z-drugs. Through a shared-care approach with your prescriber, we develop a tailored reduction plan and provide withdrawal management and therapeutic support to address underlying issues.

This service may help:

  • Receive an individualised plan on how to safely taper your medication
  • Develop skills and strategies to replace the need for the medication
  • Ongoing therapeutic support to manage your withdrawal
