About this service

Our telephone support line provides information, guidance, intake and referral for individuals who are dependent on benzodiazepines/z-drugs, and for those experiencing anxiety, insomnia and depression.

This service may help:

  • Learn how to safely withdraw from benzodiazepines or z-drugs
  • Get support and advice on how to manage benzodiazepine withdrawal
  • Access treatment and secondary consultations
