About this service

Free, therapist-led or self-guided online treatment for adults aged 26–65 experiencing anxiety, depression, stress or low mood. This clinically proven 8-week cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) program teaches practical skills to help manage anxiety and depression symptoms.

This service may help:

  • Identify and understand symptoms of anxiety and depression.
  • Learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and low mood.
  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
