About this service

Our service provides free, confidential phone or video mental health support for young people and adults across Australia (ages 12–18 in QLD only). Our multidisciplinary team delivers early, compassionate, and evidence-based care to improve mental health and wellbeing.

This service may help:

  • Feel more in control and supported through life’s challenges
  • Support to manage stress, anxiety, and low mood effectively
  • Improve wellbeing through support from dietitians and exercise experts
