One Day Educational Workshop for Adult Survivors of Childhood Trauma and Abuse (complex trauma) With additional support on the day, the aim is to make the experience as safe and supportive as possible. Workshops run at least once per year in each capital city.
This service may help:
- Learn more about the impacts of complex trauma on our brain and body
- Learn ways to identify and manage trauma responses
- Learn strategies around self-care, safety and grounding
